Claire has over 15 years of interviewing experience. This has included leading Boards and interview panels in the recruitment of executives and providing personalised interview training for candidates.
Claire has held a number of executive roles with international executive search agencies specialising in recruiting CEOs, CFOs and senior executives in the public and private sectors, including health. She has recruited senior staff of major hospitals and international medical research institutions. She has completed an MBA from Melbourne Business School
Claire established her Consultancy in 2009, providing specialist medical interview training to Heads of Units, Consultants, Fellows, SET trainees, Physicians, Doctors, medical students and medical school applicants.
Unlike other training providers, Claire provides individual, specialist, one on one medical interview training tailored to the client’s specialty or role. Utilising this model, she has provided her clients with a distinct advantage over their competitors through the interview process. Claire has successfully utilised this model over the past decade, providing bespoke, personalised training to over 1,000 medical professionals and hundreds of medical school applicants. The bulk of Claire’s clients come through referrals from previous successful clients, Consultants and Heads of Unit. She has been invited to train staff at organisations including Hornsby Hospital, St.Vincent’s Hospital, the Royal Melbourne Hospital, the Western Hospital and St.Mary’s College, Melbourne University.
