Plan 1
SET, Physician & Fellow Interview Training
3-hour program in person or via Skype

Plan Details
To ensure the session is tailored to your needs, prior to the session we spend 1 hour:
- analysing your CV, job description and job application
- researching the specialty requirements in detail
- analysing your potential answers in a questionnaire completed by you prior to the training to ensure the training covers all your personal requirements
- reading appropriate governance and health and safety protocols relevant to the hospital
(Please note the client is not present in the preparation time.)
Two individually tailored 60-minute one-on-one sessions which include a:
- brainstorming potential answers
- mock interview with tailored feedback according to the criteria of the interview (we write our own questions)
- coaching on answering behavioral and personal questions based on the competencies required by the examining body
- coaching on maximising performance in interviews
- strategies to manage nerves and deliver a polished performance
- individualised feedback to work on between the two sessions that are prepared specially for you.
- Weekend and public holiday rates are not charged and sessions can be completed around your schedule. One session must be completed during the week.

- analysing strategic plan of the hospital to ensure your answers meet requirements

Two individually tailored 60 minute one-on-one sessions which include a:
- brainstorming potential answers
- mock interview with tailored feedback according to the criteria of the interview (we write our own questions)
- coaching on answering research, leadership, clinical governance and other behavioral and personal questions based on the competencies required by the hospital
- coaching on maximising performance in interviews
- strategies to manage nerves and deliver a polished performance
- individualised feedback to work on between the two sessions that are prepared specially for you including advice on changing weak answers
- Weekend and public holiday rates are not charged and sessions can be completed around your schedule.

- analysing your potential answers in a questionnaire completed by you prior to the training to ensure the training covers all your personal requirements
